How to Apply for Additional Document Verification:
Login to the DF Gateway using registered username and password on link https://www.dfgateway.com
Select Authority Name as “Dubai Corporation for Ambulance Services” and select category as “Additional” and select package as “Additional documents”.
Click on confirm and Add sections that you wish to verify and each section will cost 300 AED and then click on save and next.
All the sections will be shown that you have selected to verify and fees will also be shown as per the number of selected sections as visible in below screenshot.
Click on “okay” and on the next page upload passport, Visa and personal photo .Your personal details will be captured automatically as per the details mentioned on the passport. In case any details of yours are captured incorrectly, you can re-submit passport copy and can edit as per shown in below screenshot.
Please Enter Data Flow Reference number against which you are applying for additional document verification as highlighted in below screenshot.
Enter your updated mobile number in the personal details section and “Generate OTP” and click on save and next.
Enter details for your sections and upload the documents that you wish to verify. Once you filled all the information, you are required to upload a Letter of Authorisation. Once the same is submitted, review page will be shown where you are required to validate the details that you have mentioned and once you have validate the same, you need to click on “submit application”.
Once you click on the submit application, payment page will be shown.
Once you click the ''SUBMIT APPLICATION'' button you will be redirected to Payment Gateway.
Note - 1. Your Issuing Authorities (Universities, Councils, etc.) may request additional or extra verification fees. In these cases, the DataFlow Group will contact you in order to collect this additional payment in order to continue processing the case.
2. Changes cannot be made to the application once you make the payment.
