To verify additional documents, you will need to apply under the Renewal category by following the below process:-

 

  • Please visit our website www.dfgateway.com to register or login

  • Go to the ‘Licensing Authority Details’ page, select ‘Licensing Authority" and the Application Type

  • Under ‘Package Details’ select ‘renewal or renew’ and 'Express or Regular', then click ‘Confirm’ for the package validation

  • On the ‘Personal Details’ page, enter the required details and upload clear, uncropped copies of the mandatory documents listed below: 

✓ Passport ✓ Name Change Certificate (If applicable) - supported by a Marriage Certificate, Affidavit, or Any Other Legal Document

  • Select the document type you wish to verify. You may add or skip steps according to the additional document you wish to verify

  • A fee of 60 BHD per document verification is applicable

 

Note:  If you are looking forward to receiving your report within the shortest timeline, then you can opt for our Premium service by selecting the "Express" package. By selecting this package, you will receive your report as far as 14 working days.
