If your payment method fails and you receive a payment declined /failed payment message, there can be multiple reasons as mentioned below:-
Insufficient Fund: Check if you have sufficient funds in the account/card
Invalid card details: Ensure to enter valid card details like Card number
Invalid OTP: Enter valid One-time password (OTP) received from the Bank
Session timeout error: If you have been idle on the payment page for some minutes, the page will timeout for security reasons
Country wise restrictions / Non-eligible for International payment: Please check with your Bank if the card is eligible for international payment or there is any country wise restrictions
Note: We recommend you to check with your bank or use an alternative International Debit/Credit card in case of payment failure. If the issue still persists, then please contact our support team by raising a support ticket along with the screenshot of the error.
