Our Service Desks provide 1:1 assistance to all applicants on their existing cases, the application process, or any questions they may have. From offline to online applications, document clarifications to concerns, our team guides the applicants enabling an effortless submission.


Basic Package Outline

  • Advice on the correct documents (per Regulator)

  • Application form completion and upload directly to the  DataFlow systems in real-time


Premium Package

  • Get your report in 14 working days with the Express Premium Package

  • We'll upload your application accurately to be in front of the queue

  • If your report is not completed in 14 working days, premium package fee will be refunded to you



What you need to know before contacting the DataFlow Group Service Desk


  1. Decide the Country and the Regulator you want to apply for: 

    • Department of Health, Abu Dhabi

    • Saudi Commission for Health Specialties

    • Oman Medical Speciality Board 

    • Qatar Council for Health Practitioners  

    • National Health Regulatory Authority Bahrain

    • Ministry of Manpower (Singapore)


  1. Where applicable for specific Regulators, and before you visit or call - please complete the registration to create your unique ID:

    • DHA- Sheryan ID

    • MOHAP- Application number


  1. Prepare clear copies of all the mandatory documents you need for your application:  

    • Current passport

    • Educational Qualifications- Bachelors/Masters

    • Professional License

    • Any other documents to be included as part of your application


  1. Ensure you have an international Mastercard/Visa  Debit/Credit card for payment
    We accept only International Credit or Debit cards for payments on their approved (online) payment portal. Bank transfers, cash payments, or other digital payments are not accepted.
