What is the Express Service?
The Express Service will expedite your document verification from our standard application turnaround time to as fast as 14 working days.
If you need to complete your verification quickly our Express Service package has been designed to ensure that you jump to the front of the queue.
How does the Express Service work?
An Express Service specialist will be assigned to your application to manage the process within 14 working days along with any necessary follow-ups with the Issuing Authorities.
What are the benefits of the Express Service?

Are there any additional charges for the Express Service?
Yes, the Express Service is an additional cost to the regular package fee.
- For the Dubai Health Authority (DHA) or Department of Health, Abu Dhabi (DoH): Additional fee of AED 500
- For the Saudi Commission for Health Specialities (SCHS): Additional fee of SAR 506.25
Is there a refund policy if the verification takes more than 14 working days?
Yes, there is a refund policy for applications delayed beyond 14 working days. If this happens please raise a ticket with our Support Team so the issue can be investigated - in case the delay is due to unavoidable circumstances including, but not limited to, a lack of response from the Issuing Authorities for your documents or regional conflict impacting our verification efforts.

Please Note: Working Days do not include the days where we are waiting for further information from you due to incomplete or insufficient data, which has stopped us from proceeding with your application.

Choose Verification Services
Click on Country of Regulator/Organisation i.e. where you are seeking employment
When you start filling your Application form you will be able to choose the Express Service in addition to your regular package.
