You can now request for an Appeal (one time only) within 180 calendar days of the DataFlow report issued to date.
For Dubai Health Authority, an Appeal has to be submitted online by visiting https://dha.dfgateway.com/. Kindly follow the instructions given on the below document to submit your Appeal request.
Note: You are not eligible to raise an Appeal if the outcome of your Discrepancy or Unable to verify the report is due to the below-mentioned reasons.
Unable to verify - Due to “IA Ceased Operation” - If your report has an Unable to verify outcome due to this reason, then you are requested to contact the Dubai Health Authority for final review and decision (as Appeal is not eligible)
If your 1st Appeal request is again completed with the similar outcome - Discrepancy or Unable to verify
Note: In case of Unable to verify the report due to "Ceased Issuing Authority (IA)", please submit your application on the DHA Sheryan system with your justification and upload supportive documents for DHA review.

Go to “My Cases”
Click on the “Initiate Additional Case” tab
Select your relevant Application Category as “Physician or Non-Physician” and sub-category accordingly.
Click on “Create Case”.
Select the services and go to “Next”
Please Note - If you intend to verify any additional/ updated documents for DHA, it is mandatory to have an active account on https://dha.dfgateway.com/
If you do not have an account yet, you are required to create an account on https://dha.dfgateway.com/
Following registration, you will need to submit your application under “Create your Case” by selecting the case type “Transfer a previous Dataflow Case.”
This step is required in order to link your old DHA DataFlow case to the new account.
Education/Employment/Health License
As per your verification requirements fill in the details of the document which you intend to verify as an additional document under Education/Employment/Health License etc
Click “Next” after entering the details of the additional document and use the “SKIP” button on the pages where you do not intend to verify any document
Click on “Add Another” if you want to verify more than one document under each component (Employment/Education/Health License)

Enter your existing login details (Email id and password), then click on "Generate a new case" in order to get a new DHP reference number. Use the new reference number to log in.
Once you have successfully login to your account and follow the instructions outlined below to submit your application for additional document verification:

Under the “Application Category” select the relevant category under which you are applying, for example, Dentist, Nurse, Physician, etc.

If your application status is currently “in progress”, you will have to wait until it's completed, post which you can submit your application for an “Additional Document” verification.
You must obtain the Unique Identity Number (UIN) by registering on the DoH User Management System (UMS) in order to successfully sign up and login on to the application portal
Click Here to go to DOH UMS. For new users, the UIN will be sent by email after registration, and the user can view the UIN after login and click on the profile from the main menu.
Please follow the instructions outlined below to submit your application for an“Additional Document” verification:
Go to link - https://www.dfdoh.com/
Login with your registered email ID and password to enter your ‘Dashboard’ which will reflect all the cases pending or submitted by you using the same credentials.
On the Dashboard, please click on ADD NEW CASE to start the submission process.
Select Report re-issuance from Case Type dropbox.
Select the regulator name for which you have been verified before - and upload a copy of your previous DataFlow Group report including the barcode/ DataFlow Group case number.
You can select multiple reports previously issued to other regulators or by TrueProfile.io. Each selected previous report is limited to one case.
You would need to either enter your passport number submitted in your previous report or your date of birth to validate the case number.
You will be required to fill out the form including all details of the documents that were previously verified.
Please note: there will be no charges for previously verified documents and we will only charge for any additional new documents submitted that were not verified earlier.
On the “Review of Application” page, please DO NOT select/tick the checkboxes for the documents that were previously verified. Only tick the checkboxes for the new documents that you want to verify and make the payment for the same.
Please Note - the verification cost per document is 300 AED
100 AED will be charged for re-issuing a previous DoH report
200 AED will be charged for re-issuing a previous report completed under any other regulator.
Re-issuing your TrueProfile.io report will be free of charge (Case Number starts from DFP01 and TP01).
A Report re-issuance with an additional document for verification takes 25 calendar days
Please note Inline with DoH - Abu Dhabi requirement, if the previously verified Qualification(s) in the re-issued report does not include the (Mode of Study) details, the DataFlow team will validate and verify the (Mode of Study), additional charges may apply and will be confirmed if applicable.

How to Apply for Additional Document Verification:

To submit an additional document for verification, log in with the existing OMSB credentials, click on “Generate New Case” and select a new reference number.
Once you have successfully Logged in with the new reference number-follow the instructions outlined below to submit your application for additional document verification:

Select “Custom Package” and click on the “Choose” button to submit your additional document for verification
It is mandatory to select “Custom Package” to verify an additional document. Failure to select the correct package will lead to an incorrect calculation of your PSV charges (i.e. all documents will be selected for verification).

- The Issuing Authorities may seek specific additional documents and/or information required for verification. In this case, an Associate from the DataFlow Group team will be in contact with you for any supplementary requirements.
2. What is the process adopted by the DataFlow Group for document verification?
The DataFlow Group conducts PSV by directly approaching the University/Institute that issued the document to confirm its authenticity. The process also includes the confirmation of the accreditation of the University/Institute in addition to other details required by MOE, UAE.
3. Is it possible to submit documents and information for verification at a later stage?
All relevant details and documents must be submitted at the time of application. Anything submitted at a later stage will be subject to additional fees and will delay your final report.
4. What is the Letter of Authorization (LoA) intended for?
The LoA is a mandatory requirement that provides permission to the DataFlow Group to conduct the verification process. Kindly note that the LoA must be signed by the Degree holder only. The signature needs to match the signature on your passport or any additional identification document uploaded.
5. How will I know when my PSV application has been completed?
Once your PSV application is completed, an email notification will be sent to your registered email ID with a link to download the report. The final report will also be shared with the Ministry of Education, UAE.
In case of Discrepancy (incorrect document, unaccredited university, etc…) the PSV report will be only sent to the Ministry of Education and the applicant will be requested to communicate directly with the Ministry regarding the same.
6. How can I follow up on the status of my application?

7. How long does the PSV process take?
The standard timeframe for completing the verification varies from 12 to 25 working days from the date of the payment to DataFlow and depends on the country of the Degree.
However in certain instances - due to force majeure, applicant late response or verifications necessitating attainment from countries that are conflicted or affected by natural disasters - the process may be delayed.
Make sure you submit accurate and valid information, as well as clear and uncut copies of the required documents in order to avoid any unnecessary delays
8. Can I submit multiple qualifications for verification in one application?
Yes, it is possible but each qualification added will incur an additional cost to your package.
9. In case I have previously verified my Degree with the DataFlow Group under another Authority, can I submit my previous report to MOE, UAE?
Unfortunately NO, as the UAE Ministry of Education has different requirements so we need to adhere to their rules and regulations by going through the verification process all over again.

The DataFlow Group provides a PSV report re-issuance service to the Department of Health- Abu Dhabi (DoH)
In order to reissue your previous report please follow the instructions below:
You must obtain the Unique Identity Number (UIN) by registering on the DoH User Management System (UMS) in order to successfully sign up and login on the application portal
Click Here to go to DOH UMS. For new users, the UIN will be sent by email after registration, and the user can view the UIN after login and click on the profile from the main menu.

Login with your registered email ID and password to enter your ‘Dashboard’ which will reflect all the cases pending or submitted by you using the same credentials.
On the Dashboard, please click on ADD NEW CASE to start the submission process.
Select Report re-issuance from Case Type selection.
Select the authority name for which you have screened before - and upload the copy of your DataFlow Group report including the barcode/ DataFlow Group case number.
You can select multiple reports previously issued to other regulators or by TrueProfile.io. Each selected previous report is limited to one case.
You would need to either enter your passport number used under the previous case or your date of birth to validate the case number.
You will be required to fill the form including all details of the documents that were previously verified.
Please note: there will be no charges for previously verified documents and you will only be charged for any new additional documents that you submit.
On the “Review of Application” page, please DO NOT select/tick the checkboxes for the documents that were previously verified. Only tick the checkboxes for the new documents that you want to verify and make the payment for the same.

You can select multiple reports previously issued to other regulators or by TrueProfile.io. Each selected previous report is limited to one case.
You would need to either enter your passport number submitted in your previous report or your date of birth to validate the case number.
You will be required to fill the form including all details of the documents that were previously verified.
Please note: there will be no charges for previously verified documents and we will only charge for any additional new documents submitted that were not verified earlier.
On the “Review of Application” page, please DO NOT select/tick the checkboxes for the documents that were previously verified. Only tick the checkboxes for the new documents that you want to verify and make the payment for the same.

It is very important to enter the correct mobile number under “Mobile Number”.
Note: Please enter your mobile country code starting with + sign.

3. Education/Health License/Employment details
As per your verification requirement, please fill in the details of the additional document you intend to verify under Education/Employment/Health License, etc
Make sure you select and click on the checkbox available for each component.
You can also add more than one document under each component(Education, Employment, and Health License)
If you do not click on the checkbox for your additional documents, they will not be added to your application for verification.
Click “Next”
Use the “SKIP” button on the pages where you do not intend to verify any document
Use the “SKIP ALL” button if you want to skip multiple documents under each component

4. Upload Documents

6. Submission of Application
Review your application to ensure every detail entered is correct

7. Your Payment Summary
The total amount to be paid for additional document verification will appear under “Amount*”
Click on “Generate OTP”
A 6 Digit OTP number will be sent to your registered mobile number.
In case you do not receive an OTP number, you can choose to “Re-generate OTP”.

In order to transfer your report to National Health Regulatory Authority (NHRA) – Bahrain, please follow the below process:

This process - mandated by an increasing number of entities worldwide - guarantees optimal information integrity, thus ensuring that individuals across various industries are qualified and competent. Verified credentials may cover identification data, education degrees, job histories, practice licenses, work permits and passports, among other documents.
The standard timeframe for completing a PSV application is 30-35 working days upon receiving payment.
However in certain instances - due to force majeure, applicant irresponsiveness or verifications necessitating attainment from countries that are conflicted or affected by natural disasters - the process may be delayed.
*Note: Make sure you submit accurate and valid information, as well as clear and uncut copies of the needed documents in order to avoid any unnecessary delays.
If your first payment method fails and you receive a payment declined /failed payment message, you can use an alternate credit/debit card to make the online payment and submit your application form.

If you do not receive the OTP on your mobile phone, this could be due to the following reasons:
Incorrect Mobile Number: Please make sure you enter the correct number for your mobile phone, our system will only accept mobile numbers consisting of between 9 to 13 digits (the mobile number length depends on your country of origin).
Provided you do not exceed this 13 digit number limit, you may also try adding “0” or ‘00’ at the beginning of your mobile number.

How to add missing documents?
The submission of your missing documents is mandatory to process your application with us. Let us guide you on the step-by-step process.
To submit the documents online,
Enter your DataFlow Case or Reference Number and registered passport number to access your application details
If there is a non-submission of any document, the status appears as: “Case is in Insufficiency”
The document/component with “Insufficiency” will show the below message: Click here to provide the missing information.
If you are requested to add a missing document, you need to upload the file and submit
Once you have submitted all information required, our Support Team will process these documents and data with our specialized team for validation. Should there be any further comments, we will reach out to you.
By default, a Primary Source Verification (PSV) application will generate both a Client Reference Number and a DataFlow Group Number. However, the Client reference number is generated as soon as you will complete the registration with Dataflow.
Whereas, it will not generate a DataFlow Case Number until the application is received and has passed an initial quality check.
In case of any missing information, the DataFlow Group will contact you at your registered email address. To avoid any unnecessary delays in the processing of your application, please ensure you submit accurate and valid information, as well as clear and uncut copies of the needed documents.

What is the Express Service?
The Express Service will expedite your document verification from our standard application turnaround time to as fast as 14 working days.

The Applicant Assist service will help you complete your submission in just a fraction of the usual time. You do not need to take the time to fill the detailed application form as after you fill in only some basic information, one of the DataFlow specialists will complete the remaining form on your behalf.

When you opt for our Applicant Assist service, the usual long and time consuming application form changes to a shorter version where you are only asked to fill in some very basic information associated with your application depending upon the Regulator you are applying for. A cancellation request can only be filed within 48 hours of settling the payment. However, this may impact your licensing process with the entity you are applying for.

How to Apply for Additional Document Verification:

Go to “My Cases”
Click on the “Initiate Additional Case” tab
Select your relevant Application Category as “Physician or Non-Physician” and sub-category accordingly.
Click on “Create Case”.
Select the services and go to “Next”
Please Note - If you intend to verify any additional/ updated documents for DHA, it is mandatory to have an active account on https://dha.dfgateway.com/
If you do not have an account yet, you are required to create an account on https://dha.dfgateway.com/
Following registration, you will need to submit your application under “Create your Case” by selecting the case type “Transfer a previous Dataflow Case.”
This step is required in order to link your old DHA DataFlow case to the new account.
Education/Employment/Health License
As per your verification requirements fill in the details of the document which you intend to verify as an additional document under Education/Employment/Health License etc
Click “Next” after entering the details of the additional document and use the “SKIP” button on the pages where you do not intend to verify any document
Click on “Add Another” if you want to verify more than one document under each component (Employment/Education/Health License)
To Note: if you need to make any corrections to submitted pages, you can make changes by clicking on the “Previous” tab button on the “Review of Application” page.
Payment Page
The total amount to be paid for additional document verification will appear under the total “Gross Amount”
Following successful payment the DataFlow Group will start working on your application and you will receive a confirmation email from the DataFlow Group providing your new case number under which we will verify your Additional Document/Documents.
The DataFlow Group provides a PSV report transfer service to the Dubai Health Authority (DHA).
In order to transfer your previous report to the Dubai Health Authority (DHA), please follow the instructions below:
Create a fresh account by clicking on “New User? Register here” You will need to enter your DHA Unique ID to register - this DHA Unique ID is provided by DHA
Once you have successfully registered, you will receive an activation email to your registered email
Make sure you “click here” to activate your account
To note: You will need to create your password before logging in with your credentials. (Username and Password)
Once you log in to your newly created account on https://dha.dfgateway.com/, it will take you to the “Personal Details” page

Fill in your personal details.
Make sure to fill all the mandatory fields marked with a red asterisk
It is very important to enter the correct mobile number under “Applicant Mobile Number”.
Note: Please enter your mobile country code starting with + sign
Click on “Next”
2. Letter of Authorization (LOA)
Click on ¨Consent” and read the document carefully
Review your Given name and Surname and click on ¨Consent¨ and finish
3. Create A Case
Select the case type as “ Transfer a previous DataFlow Case”
Enter your previously completed DataFlow Group Case Number/Barcode
Click on “Add Case”
To Note: If you have more than one completed DataFlow report, you will need to submit an individual request for each report
We will only consider one DataFlow Case Number under-report transfer and will not accept any previous annexed report with a different Dataflow Case number. To add the annexed report with a different DataFlow Case Number, you can repeat the steps
Note - if you wish to add more documents, you will need to complete a report transfer case application, to then add the additional documents via My Cases.
This addition will only be reflected once your new case under DHA has been initiated.
4. Payment Page
The total amount to be paid for a “Report Transfer” will appear under “Gross Amount”
Click on “Generate OTP”
A 6 Digit OTP number will be sent to your registered mobile number.
In case you do not receive an OTP number, you can choose to opt for “Regenerate OTP”.If you still do not receive a number, please change the mobile number and opt for “Re Generate OTP” again. If the OTP issue persists, please contact us via https://support.dataflowgroup.com/support/home
Note - If you are transferring a DHA report, which was created by the DataFlow Group after the 1st October 2017 there will be no charges. All reports with a creation date prior to the October 1st date will incur an extra charge of 100 AED (per report transfer request).
Following successful payment, the DataFlow Group will start working on your application and you will receive a notification for the new DataFlow case under Dubai Health Authority (DHA) once it has been created.

To submit the documents online:-
Go to https://www.dataflowstatus.com/applicationstatus and follow the step-by-step instructions as shown below.
A unique ID is generated from the DHA Sheryan system. To generate one, please visit https://services.dha.gov.ae/eservices/dhaweb/default.aspx - then click on the ‘Register With us’ Button to create a new account.
The DataFlow Group is responsible for conducting PSV only.
For other queries regarding examination, assessment, or license renewal, please contact the DHA at regulation@dha.gov.ae.
The standard timeframe for completing an application is approximately 15 working days upon receiving the payment.
However, occasionally, it will not be possible to conclude the process within this estimated time frame due to holidays, staff absences, or records being archived or misplaced by institutions.
The DataFlow Group does not require document attestation for PSV.
You will need to submit clear and complete scanned copies of your original documents to ensure the timely processing of your application.
Reasons why you may not have received the OTP (one time password):
Please ensure that you are entering a valid Country code and phone number
DND (do not disturb/call) - Any number registered for DND service shall not receive the OTP
How to proceed
In the case of the DND phone number, please opt for a different phone number for OTP
You can also use the - OTP via Call option, in case the SMS is not received within the 60s
You can now request for an Appeal (one time only) within 180 calendar days of the DataFlow report issued to date.
For Dubai Health Authority, an Appeal has to be submitted online by visiting https://dha.dfgateway.com/. Kindly follow the instructions given on the below document to submit your Appeal request.
Note: You are not eligible to raise an Appeal if the outcome of your Discrepancy or Unable to verify the report is due to the below-mentioned reasons.
Unable to verify - Due to “IA Ceased Operation” - If your report has a Unable to verify outcome due to this reason, then you are requested to contact the Dubai Health Authority for final review and decision (as Appeal is not eligible)
If your 1st Appeal request is again completed with the similar outcome - Discrepancy or Unable to verify
Note: In case of Unable to verify the report due to "Ceased Issuing Authority (IA)", please submit your application on the DHA Sheryan system with your justification and upload supportive documents for DHA review.
In case of self-employment, please make sure to submit your Business Registration Certificate for your Private clinic/Business.
A business registration certificate is what allows the state to identify and recognize your business as a separate legal entity.
It is a mandatory requirement if you are applying for the verification of self-employment certificate and non-submission shall delay the processing of your application.
If you are still working with your Employer, then the end date of your employment should be the date when you are applying for the verification process.
In case you do not hold a Health License, please apply under Package 3 where a verification request of only your Educational qualification can be submitted.
Please check if you have been instructed by the DHA Licensing department to verify the logbook document. If you proceed to submission and payment anyway and this additional document verification would not be required by DHA - the DataFlow Group will not stop the Primary Source Verification under process or refund the additional payment amount.
In case the Certificate is not required or not applicable to your case, please click 'Skip' to move on to the next section.
If the name of your Issuing authority is not available in the drop-down list, click on the hyperlink available below - I cannot find my Issuing Authority from the List (as shown below).
On clicking the same, the below pop-up will appear where you can write the name and select Country manually, and save the page by selecting a Country name.
If your payment method fails for some reason and you receive a payment declined / failure payment message, there can be multiple reasons behind that. Such as mentioned:
Insufficient Fund: Check if you have sufficient funds in the account/card
Invalid card details: Ensure to enter valid card details like the Card number
Invalid OTP: Enter valid One-time password (OTP) received from the Bank
Session timeout error: If you have been idle on the payment page for some minutes, the page will timeout for security reasons
Country-wise restrictions / Ineligible for International payment: Please check with your bank if the card is eligible for international payment or there are any country wise restrictions
Once your DataFlow report is prepared, the linking of your verified documents shall take up to 24-48hrs.

A Logbook is an integral part of any medical institution at all levels of medical professions. It is basically a tool for Physicians to maintain all records of the operations doctors have completed along with the date and type of surgery conducted by them; usually issued from hospitals where they are employed or were employed. It is issued with a stamp of the higher authority at the hospital.
If you are applying to verify a Health License document Issued from the Ministry of Health Malaysia, please submit the Verification of Registration (VOR) by filling in the requested details.
The VOT is a mandatory requirement of the Ministry of Health in order to process a verification request.

If you are applying to verify any education document issued from the Ministry of Health Malaysia, please submit the Verification of Transcript (VOT) by filling in the requested details.

The final amount is calculated as per the selected package and number of components you have selected.

We do not recommend verifying the documents which are issued from KSA if you are applying for the Saudi Commission for Health Specialities, unless it is requested by the SCFHS to be verified
