The DataFlow Group provides a PSV report transfer service to the Saudi Commission for Health Specialties (SCFHS).
In order to transfer your previous report to the Saudi Commission for Health Specialities please follow the instructions below:
Criteria: you are only eligible to submit your application for a Report Transfer under SCFHS if you meet the following criteria::
Your previous report is closed and completed by the DataFlow Group and includes:
the verification of your Education and Health License certificate
To note: If your previous report only contains the verification of an Education and Employment certificate, then an endorsement letter will be required for your Health License

If any of the documents from your previous report were completed on the basis of a verbal verification, a re-verification of those documents is mandatory under SCFHS
An additional fee will apply for the re-verification of those documents
The report transfer fee is 200 SAR
The fees to re-verify a verbally verified document are as follows:
350 SAR: Non-physician
400 SAR: Physician.

The DataFlow Group will review your application upon receipt of the documents outlined above., Once the documents have been validated, a payment link will be sent to your email to start the report transfer process
Following payment, your receipt with a new DataFlow Group case number will be sent to your registered email.

Fill in your personal details.
Make sure to fill all the mandatory fields marked with a red asterisk
It is very important to enter the correct mobile number under “Applicant Mobile Number”.
Note: Please enter your mobile country code starting with + sign
Click on “Next”
2. Letter of Authorization (LOA)
Click on ¨Consent” and read the document carefully
Review your Given name and Surname and click on ¨Consent¨ and finish
3. Create A Case
Select the case type as “ Transfer a previous DataFlow Case”
Enter your previously completed DataFlow Group Case Number/Barcode
Click on “Add Case”
To Note: If you have more than one completed DataFlow report, you will need to submit an individual request for each report
We will only consider one DataFlow Case Number under-report transfer and will not accept any previous annexed report with a different Dataflow Case number. To add the annexed report with a different DataFlow Case Number, you can repeat the steps
Note - if you wish to add more documents, you will need to complete a report transfer case application, to then add the additional documents via My Cases.
This addition will only be reflected once your new case under DHA has been initiated.
4. Payment Page
The total amount to be paid for a “Report Transfer” will appear under “Gross Amount”
Click on “Generate OTP”
A 6 Digit OTP number will be sent to your registered mobile number.
In case you do not receive an OTP number, you can choose to opt for “Regenerate OTP”.If you still do not receive a number, please change the mobile number and opt for “Re Generate OTP” again. If the OTP issue persists, please contact us via https://support.dataflowgroup.com/support/home
Note -DHA reports will incur an extra charge of 100 AED (per report transfer request). For other Authorities, the charges applicable will be 200AED per report.
Following successful payment, the DataFlow Group will start working on your application and you will receive a notification for the new DataFlow case under Dubai Health Authority (DHA) once it has been created.

Confirm to proceed with the application process
Select your employer name from the Facility Name drop list
If the Facility name is not included on the dropdown, Please select “Other Facility” and Manually Input the Facility Name
Click on “UPDATE” if you want to upgrade the service to Express or Click “I will stick with the selected process” to continue with the Regular Service
Check the package summary and amount, before you click on NEXT

2- Application dashboard
Go to Add New Case
Select Report Reissuance Package
A popup window will appear, to link the request to your previously completed DataFlow Case
Place your DataFlow Case Number in the box
Select your date of birth and your passport number, then click Validate
3- Additional Document
To add an additional document, click Yes
If not, click No and skip this step
Submit the documents according to the document/s you wish to verify
Upload a clear uncropped scanned copy of your document
Enter the Issuing Authority Name for each document being uploaded, along with the requested information
Issuing Authority is the name of the institution that issued the document being uploaded
Enter the Category, Major, and Profession, then click on Next
* Note: Please review the details first, as once you have completed and saved this page, you will not be able to make any changes.
4- Personal Details
Choose the service type (If you had submitted an additional document) If not, skip to the below step for the passport details.
Upload to upload a clear copy of your passport
If any of the passport information is synced wrongly, you can manually amend the information
Enter your country code and mobile number to generate the OTP code
Upload your recent passport-size photograph (white background)
Upload a copy of your passport showing the page that includes the expiry date
* You will notice the documents of your previous case are greyed out, as they are automatically synced to the application.
5- Review & Payment
On the ‘Letter of Authorization’ page, digitally sign the Letter Of Authorization.
Review your details on the Document Checklist page before submitting
On the Payment page, review the payment requested and choose the payment method
Click on Submit Application and you will be redirected to the payment gateway
Once you have completed your payment, you will receive a receipt by email and the Primary Source Verification process will start

Upload a copy of your scanned passport
The system will identify your previous Dataflow application details and some information will be auto-populated from your last application
You can edit the information manually if any details are incorrectly captured and submit the page

Select your date of birth and your passport number, then click Validate.

To add an additional document, click "Add Check Documents".

Choose the service type (If you had submitted an additional document) If not, skip to the below step for the passport details.
Upload to upload a clear copy of your passport.
If any of the passport information is synced wrongly, you can manually amend the information
Enter your country code and mobile number to generate the OTP code.
Upload a copy of your passport showing the page that includes the expiry date.
5- Review & Payment
On the ‘Letter of Authorization’, you will need to digitally consent by clicking on consent and you can also download a copy for yourself.
Review your details page before submitting.
On the Payment page, review the payment requested and choose the payment method
Click on Submit Application and you will be redirected to the payment gateway
Once you have completed your payment, you will receive a receipt by email and the Primary Source Verification process will start.

Select the ‘National Health Regulatory Authority’ from the drop-down menu and click ‘Submit’
Activate your account with the activation link sent to your registered email id
Login to your account after activation

Under ‘Category 01’ select ‘Report Transfer’ and click on the package which you want to apply under Category 02
Select the Duration of the Program under 'Category 03'
Please check your previous report qualification details to check the Duration of the Program, if it's not verified then you need to apply by selecting the Duration of the Program, if verified elsewhere then select the other option
For any additional document verification, click on ‘Add Document’ and select the document type you wish to verify and add it to your report. You may ignore this step if you wish to only transfer an existing report without any additional document verification request.
· Click ‘Next’ and proceed with filling in your personal and other details
· Under the Mandatory Document column, upload clear and uncropped copies of the Passport copy, your previous Dataflow Report, and a Name Change Certificate (If applicable) - Supported by a Marriage Certificate, Affidavit, or Any Other Legal Document
· After filling out the application form, carefully review your entered details and make the payment on the portal
Once the payment is done, your report transfer application to Bahrain National Health Regulatory Authority will be initiated for processing.

Note: If you are looking forward to receiving your report within the shortest timeline, then you can opt for our Premium service by selecting the "Express" package. By selecting this package, you will receive your report as far as 14 working days.
After the application form is filled out, kindly carefully review your entered details and make payment as directed on the portal.
Why am I being asked to pay an additional fee when I select my college/institution on the application form?
Some colleges/institutions levy a fee on their students for completing their verification. Such a fee is not part of the PSV package which you pay to DataFlow. We are only collecting such a fee to pay it to your college/institution on your behalf, so as to prevent any delays later in the process.
Why has DataFlow increased its PSV charges?
The Dataflow Group has not increased its fee for the Primary Source Verification process. The additional amount being collected is resulting from additional charges levied by your college/institution directly from its students for completing their verification process.
How much is the additional verification fee collected by my college/institution and how is it different from the Primary Source Verification fees?
The additional verification fee charged by colleges/institutions from its students varies by college/institution. You will be able to see the fee amount upon selecting the name and location of your college/institution from the Issuing Authority selection dropdown menu on the application form.
The Primary Source Verification fee or the package fee is the fee levied by DataFlow for carrying out the verification of your documents based on the scope defined by the regulator you are applying under.
Why are there different charges for the same college/institution?
A college/institution may have different charges based on the type of qualification. For example, a university may have a different fee for graduate and postgraduate document verifications.
Is it mandatory to pay the additional fee levied by a college/institution?
Yes, it's mandatory, as without the fee your college/institution will not release the verification of your document. That will result in your case being closed as “Unable to Verify”.
How do I pay the additional verification fee for my college/institution to DataFlow?
To make it convenient for the applicants, DataFlow maintains a record of such verification fees which a college/institution may be collecting from its students/alumni. While submitting your PSV application form at www.dfgateway.com you will be able to see the additional fee on the final payment page, where such additional amount will be shown along with the DataFlow PSV fees.
Will I be receiving a payment receipt for the additional fees?
You will see the fee added as a line item on the payment receipt which you will receive from DataFlow upon submitting your application.
If I do not want to continue with the PSV process; will I get a refund for the fees I paid?
We will be happy to process a refund provided that your refund request is received no later than 48 hours of submitting your PSV application. Please note that we will not be able to process any refund if we have already started the process of verifying your documents and in case the verification fee paid by you has already been submitted to your college/institution.
What Is an Issuing Authority?
Issuing Authority is a term used for an Educational Institution, Employer, or a Licensing authority that has issued your documents.
How can I know the type of documents that I need to include in my PSV application?
Please refer to the sections named “Submit your documents” of the How to Apply guidelines of NHRA where you will be able to see the documents that need to be submitted.
What is the document verification process used by DataFlow Group?
After doing a careful review of your submitted application form for accuracy and completeness of information and documents, we carry our verification of your documents by directly approaching the education, corporate or licensing body that issued the document by requesting them to confirm its authenticity. As part of the verification process, DataFlow would only obtain verification from person(s) that are authorised to issue and verify documents.
What is the fee for the PSV application?
DataFlow PSV fee varies depending on the type of verification package selected and the number of any additional documents that need to be verified. You will be able to see the applicable fee once you select the package type on the application form.
Can I pay for my application in cash?
We only accept online payments via international credit/debit cards.
Is it possible to pay the verification fees at a later stage?
No. All relevant fees must be submitted at the time of application.
What is the timeframe required by the DataFlow Group to complete the verification?
The processing time is dependent on the issuing authority’s (Educational Institute, Employer, or Licensing authorities) response time. At the time of initiating your PSV application, you will be able to see the standard timeframe for completing the process.
Expedited processing (Express Service) may be available for an additional premium fee based on your regulator as well as depending upon the processing time taken by your college/institution. If available, you will be able to find the option to select Express package under the package selection section of the application form.

This process - mandated by an increasing number of entities worldwide - guarantees optimal information integrity, thus ensuring that individuals across various industries are qualified and competent. Verified credentials may cover identification data, education degrees, job histories, practice licenses, work permits and passports, among other documents.
The standard timeframe for completing a PSV application is 30-35 working days upon receiving payment.
However in certain instances - due to force majeure, applicant irresponsiveness or verifications necessitating attainment from countries that are conflicted or affected by natural disasters - the process may be delayed.
*Note: Make sure you submit accurate and valid information, as well as clear and uncut copies of the needed documents in order to avoid any unnecessary delays.
If your first payment method fails and you receive a payment declined /failed payment message, you can use an alternate credit/debit card to make the online payment and submit your application form.

How to add missing documents?
The submission of your missing documents is mandatory to process your application with us. Let us guide you on the step-by-step process.
To submit the documents online,
Enter your DataFlow Case or Reference Number and registered passport number to access your application details
If there is a non-submission of any document, the status appears as: “Case is in Insufficiency”

Once you have submitted all information required, our Support Team will process these documents and data with our specialized team for validation. Should there be any further comments, we will reach out to you.
By default, a Primary Source Verification (PSV) application will generate both a Client Reference Number and a DataFlow Group Number. However, the Client reference number is generated as soon as you will complete the registration with Dataflow.
Whereas, it will not generate a DataFlow Case Number until the application is received and has passed an initial quality check.
In case of any missing information, the DataFlow Group will contact you at your registered email address. To avoid any unnecessary delays in the processing of your application, please ensure you submit accurate and valid information, as well as clear and uncut copies of the needed documents.

What is the Express Service?
The Express Service will expedite your document verification from our standard application turnaround time to as fast as 14 working days.

The Applicant Assist service will help you complete your submission in just a fraction of the usual time. Report validity varies from one entity to another and is subject to change without any prior notice. For more details, please check with your designated officer/ Regulatory body.
Once your PSV application is completed, a final report detailing the result of the verification is shared directly with the entity you applied for.
However - as per the specific requirements of each entity - you may still need to complete additional steps in order to obtain your license. Please contact your entity to finalize the processing of your application.
Application rejection is decided by the entity and not by the DataFlow Group. Please contact the entity to learn the reason(s) for rejection.
If they have been rejected additional payment will be required if you reapply with extra documents for verification.

A cancellation request can only be filed within 48 hours of settling the payment. However, this may impact your licensing process with the entity you are applying for.

All the sections will be shown that you have selected to verify and fees will also be shown as per the number of selected sections as visible in below screenshot.
Click on “okay” and on the next page upload passport, Visa and personal photo .Your personal details will be captured automatically as per the details mentioned on the passport. In case any details of yours are captured incorrectly, you can re-submit passport copy and can edit as per shown in below screenshot.
Please Enter Data Flow Reference number against which you are applying for additional document verification as highlighted in below screenshot.
Enter your updated mobile number in the personal details section and “Generate OTP” and click on save and next.
Enter details for your sections and upload the documents that you wish to verify. Once you filled all the information, you are required to upload a Letter of Authorisation. Once the same is submitted, review page will be shown where you are required to validate the details that you have mentioned and once you have validate the same, you need to click on “submit application”.
Once you click on the submit application, payment page will be shown.
Once you click the ''SUBMIT APPLICATION'' button you will be redirected to Payment Gateway.

This addition will only be reflected once your new case under DHA has been initiated.

Note - If you are transferring a DHA report, which was created by the DataFlow Group after the 1st October 2017 there will be no charges. All reports with a creation date prior to the October 1st date will incur an extra charge of 100 AED (per report transfer request).

The standard timeframe for completing an application is approximately 15 working days upon receiving the payment.
However, occasionally, it will not be possible to conclude the process within this estimated time frame due to holidays, staff absences, or records being archived or misplaced by institutions.
The DataFlow Group does not require document attestation for PSV.

The new fee process was implemented on July 1, 2022, for DHA applicants.
Why am I being asked to pay an additional fee when I select my college/institution on the DHA application form?
Some colleges/institutions levy a fee on their students for completing their verification. Such a fee is not part of the PSV package which you pay to DataFlow. We are only collecting such a fee to pay it to your college/institution on your behalf, so as to prevent any delays later in the process.
Why has DataFlow increased its PSV charges?
The Dataflow Group has not increased its fee for the Primary Source Verification process. The additional amount being collected is resulting from additional charges levied by your college/institution directly from its students for completing their verification process.
How much is the additional verification fee collected by my college/institution and how is it different from the Primary Source Verification fees?
The additional verification fee charged by colleges/institutions from its students varies by college/institution. You will be able to see the applicable fee amount upon selecting the name and location of your college/institution from the Issuing Authority selection dropdown menu on the application form.
The Primary Source Verification fee or the package fee is the fee levied by DataFlow for carrying out the verification of your documents based on the scope defined by the regulator you are applying under.
Why are there different charges for the same college/institution?
A college/institution may have different charges based on the type of qualification or document. For example, a university may have a different fee for graduate and postgraduate document verifications.
Is it mandatory to pay the additional fee levied by a college/institution?
Yes, it's mandatory, as without the fee your college/institution will not release the verification of your document. That will result in your case being closed as “Unable to Verify”.
How do I pay the additional verification fee for my college/institution to DataFlow?
To make it convenient for the applicants, DataFlow maintains a record of such verification fees which a college/institution may be collecting from its students/alumni. While submitting your PSV application form at https://dha.dfgateway.com you will be able to see the additional fee on the final payment page, where such additional amount will be shown along with the DataFlow PSV fees.
Will I be receiving a payment receipt for the additional fees?
You will see the fee added as a line item on the payment receipt which you will receive from DataFlow upon submitting your application.
If I do not want to continue with the PSV process; will I get a refund for the fees I paid?
We will be happy to process a refund provided that your refund request is received no later than 48 hours of submitting your PSV application. Please note that we will not be able to process any refund if we have already started the process of verifying your documents and in case the verification fee paid by you has already been submitted to your college/institution.
What Is an Issuing Authority?
Issuing Authority is a term used for an Educational Institution, Employer, or Licensing authority that has issued your documents.
How can I know the type of documents that I need to include in my PSV application?
Please refer to the sections named “Submit your documents” of the How to Apply guidelines of DHA where you will be able to see the documents that need to be submitted.
What is the document verification process used by DataFlow Group?
After doing a careful review of your submitted application form for accuracy and completeness of information and documents, we carry our verification of your documents by directly approaching the education, corporate or licensing body that issued the document by requesting them to confirm its authenticity. As part of the verification process, DataFlow would only obtain verification from the person(s) that are authorized to issue and verify documents.
What is the fee for the PSV application?
DataFlow PSV fee varies depending on the type of verification package selected and the number of any additional documents that need to be verified. You will be able to see the applicable fee once you select the package type on the application form.
Can I pay for my application in cash?
We only accept online payments via international credit/debit cards.
Is it possible to pay the verification fees at a later stage?
No. All relevant fees must be submitted at the time of application.
What is the timeframe required by the DataFlow Group to complete the verification?
The processing time is dependent on the issuing authority’s (Educational Institute, Employer, or Licensing authorities) response time. At the time of initiating your PSV application, you will be able to see the standard timeframe for completing the process.
Expedited processing (Express Service) may be available for an additional premium fee based on your regulator as well as depending upon the processing time taken by your college/institution. If available, you will be able to find the option to select Express package under the package selection section of the application form.

Reasons why you may not have received the OTP (one time password):
Please ensure that you are entering a valid Country code and phone number
DND (do not disturb/call) - Any number registered for DND service shall not receive the OTP
How to proceed
In the case of the DND phone number, please opt for a different phone number for OTP

In case of self-employment, please make sure to submit your Business Registration Certificate for your Private clinic/Business.

It is a mandatory requirement if you are applying for the verification of self-employment certificate and non-submission shall delay the processing of your application.
If you are still working with your Employer, then the end date of your employment should be the date when you are applying for the verification process.
In case you do not hold a Health License, please apply under Package 3 where a verification request of only your Educational qualification can be submitted.
Please check if you have been instructed by the DHA Licensing department to verify the logbook document. If you proceed to submission and payment anyway and this additional document verification would not be required by DHA - the DataFlow Group will not stop the Primary Source Verification under process or refund the additional payment amount.

If the name of your Issuing authority is not available in the drop-down list, click on the hyperlink available below - I cannot find my Issuing Authority from the List (as shown below).
On clicking the same, the below pop-up will appear where you can write the name and select Country manually, and save the page by selecting a Country name.
If your payment method fails for some reason and you receive a payment declined / failure payment message, there can be multiple reasons behind that. Such as mentioned:
Insufficient Fund: Check if you have sufficient funds in the account/card
Invalid card details: Ensure to enter valid card details like the Card number
Invalid OTP: Enter valid One-time password (OTP) received from the Bank
Session timeout error: If you have been idle on the payment page for some minutes, the page will timeout for security reasons
Country-wise restrictions / Ineligible for International payment: Please check with your bank if the card is eligible for international payment or there are any country wise restrictions
Once your DataFlow report is prepared, the linking of your verified documents shall take up to 24-48hrs.

A Logbook is an integral part of any medical institution at all levels of medical professions. It is basically a tool for Physicians to maintain all records of the operations doctors have completed along with the date and type of surgery conducted by them; usually issued from hospitals where they are employed or were employed. It is issued with a stamp of the higher authority at the hospital.
If you are applying to verify a Health License document Issued from the Ministry of Health Malaysia, please submit the Verification of Registration (VOR) by filling in the requested details.
The VOT is a mandatory requirement of the Ministry of Health in order to process a verification request.
Please ensure to submit this document while registering for the DataFlow verification process, as non-submission will delay the processing of your PSV application.
If you are applying to verify any education document issued from the Ministry of Health Malaysia, please submit the Verification of Transcript (VOT) by filling in the requested details.

To complete the Licensing Details section, Click on the SCFHS logo or select "Authority Name" as - Saudi Commission for Health Specialities

Under Facility name: Mention the name of the facility you are working in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. If you are currently not working in KSA please mention "Not working in KSA"
If you have more than one document to verify from any type of check, simply click on + sign to reach the required count

You need to upload a scanned copy of the original document, issued by your Education body / Institution/ University.

However, the classification of documents is carried out by the Saudi Commission for Health Specialities, hence, you could contact them in case of further clarity.
We do not recommend verifying the documents which are issued from KSA if you are applying for the Saudi Commission for Health Specialities, unless it is requested by the SCFHS to be verified

In the case of a Lifetime license, please enter the expiry date as the date of submitting the application form.
Yes, you can apply for the PSV process by uploading a copy of the renewal receipt.
On the Letter of Authorisation Section, click on Consent, scroll through the Letter then click on ‘Consent’, click on Download PDF if you would like to keep a copy of this letter for your reference, click on ‘Finish’ then ‘Next’ to continue.
Endorsement letter for a Health license is required to process your PSV application if you are applying under Package.
Under the package, the verification of Health License and Education is mandatory if you are applying under the. In case you do not hold a license, please you can submit your employment certificate instead.
Note: The letter of authorization states that you do not have a professional license and wish Dataflow to process your application with the verification of your Education and Employment certificate.
The endorsement letter for the Saudi Issuing authority is required if you are applying to verify any document which has been issued from the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.

It is important to submit a signed copy of this document as you are requesting authorizing DataFlow to verify your employment with less than 1 year of experience.

DataFlow status page allows you to carry out multiple activities. Here is a quick guide for your reference:
If you intend to verify any additional/ updated documents for the Department of Health-Abu Dhabi (DOHAD), it is mandatory to already have a completed DataFlow Group Primary Source Verification report.
If your DOH application status is currently “in progress”, you will have to wait until it's completed, post which you can submit your application for an “Additional Document” verification.
You will be required to fill out the form including all details of the documents that were previously verified as per the requirements of DOH. However, on the “Review of Application” page, please DO NOT select/tick the checkboxes for the documents that were previously verified to avoid additional charges.
Only tick the checkboxes for the new documents that you want to verify and make the payment for the same.
Personal details of applicants including contact numbers get populated into our application system from your DOH UMS system. Hence, Dataflow Group cannot directly make changes in the application form and to update the contact details applicant has to follow the below instructions which will lead to the changes automatically in the Dataflow Application system for new applications to be created:

1-Click on Login to DOH UMS.
2-Login in with your UAE Pass.
3-Click on my profile and update the country code to the United Arab Emirates and ensure to remove the country code from the Mobile Number section.
4-Click on the update button.
5. Once the country code is updated, please create a new application in the DataFlow DOH portal and you will receive the OTP.
Note: For applicants who have a contact number outside of UAE, you are supposed to contact UAE Pass technical team at the following email address support@uaepass.ae - As there is a temporary ban for users of the application outside the UAE or even international details and due to the same they would not be able to make any changes.

If you do not have a sponsor, you may fill in the sponsor name as NONE and upload the same blank sponsorship form (available there in your application) in order to proceed with the application.
There is no need to verify the DOH-issued license and Good Standing documents for DOH licensing process.
The good standing certificate must be valid and not older than six months at the time of application for licensure covering the minimum required experiences for the applied title.
The DataFlow Group does not require document attestation for PSV. Simply make sure that document scans are clear and complete to ensure the timely processing of your Application.

An Appeal is when an applicant disagrees with the outcome of the report (i.e. Discrepancy/Unable To Verify) generated by DataFlow, post the completion of the verification process, and therefore, wants to re-verify the same documents that were submitted in their application.
The common reasons for an Appeal tend to be because of discrepancy in records, non-cooperative Issuing Authorities, public/regional holidays, and lengthy verification processes, which more than often leads to Unable to Verify/ Discrepancy of the applicant’s credentials.
An Appeal is only acceptable when the applicant wants to re-verify the original documents submitted in their application.
If you want to submit new or additional documentation in your application, this will NOT be considered as an Appeal. You will need to provide the additional document(s) that they want to be verified as per the Regulator they are applying for and pay the assigned fee to do so.
